1:1 Private Yoga $150/ $175

Private Yoga sessions are useful for new or experienced students alike. I specialize in injury recovery, mindful personal training, working to a peak, and developing a personalized practice ritual. All Private Sessions are catered to your unique needs and preferences.  

Sessions may include: 

  • Yoga asana

  • Meditation

  • Qigong 

  • Pilates inspired core work

  • Weight training and resistance bands

  • MFR Release (Yoga Tune Up self-massage) 

  • Breathing exercises (Pranayama) 

  • Tension Release Exercises (TRE) 

1:1 Intuitive Counsel $215

IntuitiIntuitive Counsel sessions are a mix of spiritual modalities and yoga principles and may or may not include the movement of your physical body. Intuitive counsel are informed by one specific point of inquiry. Created for students and teachers that need guidance in their lives spiritually and mentally and are looking for more spiritually informed, trauma-sensitive work, guidance around a particular life change or circumstance. 

Sessions May include:

  • Conversation 

  • Yoga asana/Qigong forms

  • Medical Qigong (energy healing)

  • Acupressure 

  • Astrology Readings

  • I-Ching Readings 

  • Tarot Readings

These sessions create a container for the spirit to help inform and heal the underlying root causes of imbalances within the body and are not intended to replace the services of a licensed mental health practitioner.**
