Our 20-hour Yin & Restorative Yoga Teacher Training explores the art of stillness, subtle energy, meridian theory, and nervous system support through simple grounded asanas.
Our 10-hour Accessible Anatomy & Myofascial Release training will offer hands-on techniques using MFR balls to help you better understand the body’s connective tissues and empower your students with practical tools for release and relief.

Designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners, this course goes beyond the poses—exploring the principles of Yin Yoga, functional anatomy, meridian theory, and mindfulness techniques. Through hands-on practice, dynamic discussions, and expert sequencing strategies, you’ll gain the confidence and knowledge to craft safe, effective, and deeply healing Yin classes. Whether you're looking to expand your teaching capabilities or deepen your personal practice, this weekend will leave you inspired, informed, and empowered.
