“Every yogi should take a teacher training. It will introduce you to practical physical tools that you will continue to use over the course of your lifetime. It connects you to a world-wide community of like-minded and inspiring individuals. It bolsters you with the tools to meet any situation in life and it fosters a sense of purpose that remains long after the course ends.” - Sarah Helt
